The greeter was familiar enough with the property to make us thoroughly comfortable quickly. The only downside was that every email/call was from a different person, maybe 10 over the course of a few months.. Would have felt more assured with end to end continuity.

“ Our location was excellent, nearby to shops, pubs, and the Underground. The wear and tear mentioned in the site description was of no consequence. Decoration of the flat was appealing. Our only real issue was with the dishwasher which was worn and quirky.

“ This well located and well presented apartment ticked the boxes for us. Being met on arrival and showed through was another key bonus. When we had a plumbing problem it was attended to promptly. Our only caution was the duvet may be a little too hot at night. However, there is air conditioning.

“ This is our 3rd or 4th rental through onefinestay, and we were exceptionally pleased, as always. Our apartment on the Rue Barbet du Jouy was centrally located in a great neighborhood. It was perfect for one couple, and it would be fine for another couple of children as well or a close second couple. We couldn't master the electronic stove controls, so maybe more detailed instructions would be helpful there. Otherwise, the amenities in the apartment were great. We also very much appreciated your booking Girafe for us. Just a wonderful meal and view of the Eifel Tower.

“ We've visited Paris at least 70 times, and this was the first when we rented a onefinestay apartment and felt like locals. Our apartment looked out over a small park, and every afternoon the children's voices drifted through the floor-to-ceiling windows and into our rooms. We loved the generous space of our apartment on a tiny street on the left bank. We found a neighborhood cafe, a friendly waiter, an excellent boulangerie, and vegetable market. We felt not like tourists but like residents comfortably at home.

“ Mom, Grandma, and two children ages 10 and 12 found Courtfield Road the perfect home for our spring break week in London. The location was ideal for taking the tube to all of our adventures, the proximity of the grocery and drug stores was great, as were all of the restaurant choices on and around Gloucester Road. What a beautiful flat, combining the charm of an older building with completely up to date bathrooms and kitchen. onefinestay's staff was always available for any issues; all were small and resolved quickly.

The apartment was fundamentally built to very high standards and beautifully decorated and furnished. You were able to accommodate all our needs for early checkin and late checkout, as well as making all the usual admin stuff like clockwork.
