- Step 1 You can find and view the majority of our homes, villas and chalets online, but because they are all unique we recommend that you contact our Travel Advisors to find the perfect match for your client. You can email advisors@onefinestay.com or fill in our booking enquiry form. We welcome requests to tailor your client’s stay - just let us know the details and we can take it from there.
- Step 2 We will send you a shortlist of homes, villas or chalets to match your client’s requirements, or unbranded PDFs if you would prefer, with full details of a specific home, villa or chalet. As soon as your client is ready to book, we will collect a deposit or full payment.
- Step 3 Once the booking is confirmed, our team will work with you to prepare for your client’s arrival. This includes arranging any additional services that may have been requested.
