Perched hillside in Lurin, this charming four-bedroom villa with swim-up bar overlooks scenic Gustavia harbour and beyond to the islands of Saba and St Martin. It’s just a short drive from some of St Barts’s best beaches, including popular Shell Beach, the A-list favourite of St Jean and unspoilt Gouverneur Beach.

The stand-out area at Blue Swan is its outside space. There’s a lovely T-shaped infinity pool with sea views, a sunset-facing dining terrace and a cool poolside gazebo complete with swim-up bar – the perfect private spot for sipping zesty cocktails as the sun goes down over the glistening sea. Inside, the high-spec kitchen has everything that your party – or a local chef – needs to create mouth-watering Caribbean dishes, and there’s also a cosy lounge nook where you can play games together.

The four ensuite bedrooms are split between the main building and separate bungalows. They are unique in their design, ranging from traditional wood-and-white to bold colours, and vary in their views, with some overlooking the garden while others gaze out to sea. Blue Swan offers your family and friends a top setting for an unforgettable stay on this idyllic island.
