London calling! The service experience with onefinestay was extraordinary! Actual human beings helped us navigate the rental, hired help when I could not figure out the heater, provided personalized instructions for the flat, and responded to our inquiries in real time. The flat was stunning. Everything was efficient, high-end, and London quirky. I loved it, and if I am lucky enough to travel back to London one day, I will look to rent this property again.

Our onefinestay experience was fabulous and easy. We were met on arrival, introduced to our apartment, provided with a few yummy treats and had everything we needed. The bed and plump pillows were so welcome after a long haul flight. The location was great from which to explore London with the new Elizabeth line so close. Check out was also easy and our luggage was stored on site on our last day. We would highly recommend the onefinestay team for giving us such a wonderful home away from home.
