Nestled among lush tropical planting and just a ten-minute stroll down a private path to the beach, Caicos Breeze welcomes up to six guests. Relish the peace and quiet of the Karaya Blue community while still having the eclectic shopping and dining opportunities of Grace Bay, less than a ten-minute drive from the villa.

Long Bay Beach boasts three miles of palm-fringed white sand and is known as the island’s kiteboarding hotspot. Ask your dedicated concierge to organise kiteboard hire and tuition to try your hand at this invigorating water sport. Several excellent restaurants are dotted along the shoreline, offering the smoky flavours of the Caribbean and locally caught seafood. Head along the coast to Grace Bay, where the calmer waters are ideal for safe swimming and snorkelling. Take a sunset cruise around Grace Bay and sip champagne as you watch one of the island’s famous sunsets.

The open-plan living and dining space at Caicos Breeze feels fresh and contemporary. Light floods into the airy spaces through floor-to-ceiling windows, and a neutral colour palette, invigorated by blue accents, speaks of the seascape beyond. Relax in front of the flat screen in the cosy living room or flow effortlessly onto the sundeck. The sophisticated modern kitchen impresses with its large marble island and opens onto a stylish dining area. Al fresco feasts out on the covered dining terrace will surely become a highlight of your stay.

There are three attractive bedrooms featuring grey-washed wooden furniture and relaxing modern artwork. The king-size primary bedroom offers access to the pool area and impresses with a spa-style ensuite with twin vanity sinks and a rainwater shower. The second and third bedrooms soothe with tranquil garden views. One is ensuite and the other has use of an adjacent bathroom. All three bathrooms benefit from an indoor-outdoor shower.

Relax on the sweeping pool deck, taking a dip in the sparkling pool or sinking into a comfortable lounger. Host evening soirees on the rooftop terrace, taking in the twinkling constellations as you enjoy the area’s “dark sky” environment.
