Perched in the hills on the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula, Casa Bella is located in the exclusive community of Cabo Colorado near Palmilla. The pretty, traditional-style villa is spread across three storeys and makes the most of the breathtaking vistas across the Sea of Cortez. The sand-coloured and flagstone building blends into its environment and the sparkling infinity pool reflects the azure skies above. Gather around the fire pit and sip sweet cocktails while you enjoy the beautiful colours of the endless twilight sky in comfortable but luxurious surroundings.

The villa is designed with classic elegance and accented by smooth marble floors, traditional wood furnishings and iron chandeliers. Decorated in neutral tones, the villa feels welcoming but stylish and offers spacious living across a large contemporary gourmet kitchen, formal dining room and luxurious lounge. There are five bedrooms - four main suites inside the house and one-bedroom service quarters; three with beautiful sea views. The villa provides an abundance of spaces to relax and socialise as you like. Curl up in the media room with a film for a family movie night; settle around the outdoor fireplace with drinks and canapés or light up the grill for an intimate dinner under the starry sky. The focal point outside is an extravagant pool lined with flowing fountains and torches which light the gardens up at night.

Casa Bella is a wonderful destination for a family retreat and provides an escape from life to sit back, unwind and enjoy the beautiful weather and stunning location. A dedicated butler is on hand to make your holiday wishes come true and a private chef can create gourmet meals. If you’d rather get out and explore local attractions and sample local delicacies at the area’s vibrant restaurants, the villa is ideally situated for you to do so with ease. Del Cabo beach is just a two-minute walk away and San Jose del Cabo is 12 minutes away, while Los Cabos International Airport is a 25-minute drive.

    Home Truths

    • The complimentary airport transfers are for a maximum of 6 passengers in a Suburban and are only for arrival. Larger groups can upgrade to a van for an additional cost (max. 10 passengers) and any additional transfers will be charged at regular costs.
    • Please note, as of August 2025 there is construction happening near to Casa Bella. The current rates have been discounted to reflect this, please contact us for more information and further updates.
