Surrounded by pristine white sands and azure rippling water that sparkles in the warm Mexican sunshine, Casa del Mar is a stunning beachfront villa with incredible views across the Sea of Cortez. Guests can enjoy relaxing in style and comfort at this beautiful, welcoming home which also boasts one of the most spectacular sunsets in Los Cabos.

Located in the gated Punta Bella community six miles from downtown San José del Cabo and a 16-mile drive to the airport, the five-bedroom home is elegantly finished with a classic but cosy ambience. Inside, the traditional-style home is finished with iron chandeliers, antique furniture and lavish textiles in the living spaces and bedrooms. The home features modern amenities like satellite TV, Apple TV with Netflix, wifi and a sound system. There are comfortable, spacious living areas to relax both indoors and outdoors.

The home can accommodate up to 14 guests across five ensuite bedrooms and provides guests with lots of space to relax, to entertain, to socialise and to have fun. There’s a gym with beautiful sea views for anyone who wants to start their day with a workout, a tennis court with basketball nets, a volleyball court on the lush lawns, a beautiful curved infinity pool and infinity hot tub along with a second hot tub perched upon a sun-kissed patio.

Hammocks swing in the ocean breeze, strung up between palm trees that soar up into the bright blue skies overhead. Rattan furniture is scattered throughout the vast outdoor space, including cosy sofas, plush loungers and hooded day beds, as well as lounge furniture encircling a fire pit, which is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset and night-time scenes. Paddle in the pool, sit back and unwind in one of two hot tubs, bask in the sun on the deck or gather together on the lawn to barbecue, play volleyball or hang out with friends and family.
