Beverly Grove resides in the West Hollywood area of LA. As well as being home to serene streets lined with deluxe villas, it's within leisurely strolling distance of numerous boutiques, gourmet dining spots and chic nightlife venues. Staying in the area also places you a short drive away from some of LA's most iconic locales, from the Hollywood Hills to the blissful beaches of nearby Santa Monica.

Curson Modern makes the ideal base for short and long LA breaks. Its ground floor is wonderfully light-filled and features an attractive open-plan design. Step into the kitchen, where you'll find a host of Thermidor appliances, sleek white cabinetry and a large island with stools to perch on as you sip your morning coffee. Sliding doors open directly onto the patio, with an outdoor kitchen and a dining space if you fancy cooking and eating al fresco.

You'll uncover plenty of fantastic features throughout Curson Modern to entertain you. The villa's elegant living room has a TV and a cosy fireplace, making it the perfect space for movie nights. There is also a games room on the lower ground floor, with table football, plush sofas and an elegant bar where you can mix up all your favourite cocktails.

Venture upstairs via the floating staircase to find four of the villa's bedrooms. All boast sophisticated furnishings, while the master bedroom also benefits from dual walk-in wardrobes and a sumptuous ensuite. You'll find the two remaining ensuite bedrooms downstairs alongside a bright and airy home office for remote working. With four queen beds and two kings, this home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests.

Head outside into the villa's secluded garden, where you can do some lengths in the pool, soothe your muscles in the bubbling hot tub or chat beneath the stars around the firepit, making the most of the balmy LA weather.

    • - Owner and tenant understand there will be no gathering over 12 people without permission of owner
    • - No ILLEGAL activities inside home.
    • - No firearms.
    • - No illegal drugs.
    • - No subletting of any kind.
    • - Tenant cannot charge an outside person or party for room and board.
    • - Stay needs to be contained to property, no excessive loitering on street.
    • SPECIAL REQUESTS:
    • - We sincerely ask that you return ALL keys + garage/gate remotes to agent at the end of your stay.
    • - There will be a $100 fee for each lost item. Thank you for your consideration.

    Home Truths

    • -Pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee of $300 to start and $100 per day, which includes a commencement fee to elevate the pool’s temperature to the desired warmth and a daily maintenance charge to retain the temperature. Please inquire with a Travel Advisor about the extra fee before booking.
    • -For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance and may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature.
    • -For any monthly stays 30+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.
