This stunning five-bedroom waterfront villa overlooks Cupecoy Beach from an elevated position and is situated just moments from the golden sands. Elegant archways feature throughout the home and create a colourful tableau framing the blue sky, white sailing boats and the glistening turquoise water beyond. Ideally suited to a family or a group of friends who want to be in touching distance of the ocean, this home is paradise on earth.

The contemporary interiors are fit with tumbled travertine floors and include an open plan gourmet kitchen, formal dining room and living area that flows through stunning glass sliding doors right onto an exquisite covered terrace and deck. This wraparound space is perfect for soaking up the year-round sun, surrounded by vibrant flowers and swaying palms. The home’s décor blends tropical tones and floral patterns with teak woods and chic rattan furniture.

The five bedrooms include king-sized beds (one of which can be made into two twins on request), astounding sea views, private outdoor seating areas and beautiful ensuite bathrooms. Each of the opulent bathrooms features spacious walk-in showers and the design combines wood, glass, tiles and river stones with sleek brushed chrome fixtures. Although secluded, guests are a mere stone’s throw from Porto Cupecoy and its vibrant markets, wonderful restaurants and stunning seascape. Five minutes sees you at the airport, ten minutes to charming Marigot and around half an hour to either Grand Case or Philipsburg, the capital of the Dutch side of the island.
