Around ten minutes’ walk from Venice Beach, this contemporary home feels fresh. Straight ahead of the front door you’ll find a dining table for six, and eye-catching floating glass shelves in the raised kitchen. There’s a working fireplace and teal sofa in the sitting room, opposite, and beyond is the second sitting room, where artwork and sculpture sit between full-height bookcases and a wall of windows. Out through the glass doors, the garden has a barbecue and fire pit.
Back in the sitting room, a staircase leads up to the bathroom on the left. In the second bedroom, there’s a balcony and a queen-size bed, and on the other side of the marbled second bathroom, the third bedroom has a single-size trundle bed. Also on this floor is the master bedroom (with a king-size bed and an ensuite), and up again you’ll come to the large roof terrace.

- There are no curtains in the master and second bedrooms.
- There is ample unrestricted street parking around this home.
- Since the onefinestay photoshoot, the bunk bed in the third bedroom has been removed and there is now a trundle bed which can be set up for one person. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.
- Some furniture and decor items in the master bedroom has been rearranged and added since the onefinestay photoshoot.
- This home does not feature Cable TV, instead there is Apple TV to access streaming services.
- This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.
- One loveable cat lives at this home. They won't be around during your stay, but this home may not be suitable for people with allergies.
