Hutton Modern makes a bold architectural statement with its soaring glass walls, floating staircases, and dramatic double-height ceilings. The minimalist open concept living area flows seamlessly onto the stylish lounge and dining terrace, further amplifying the sense of space. Gather for cocktails in one of the sumptuous seating areas while the evening’s chefs whip up a feast together in the state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen. One level down, a fully equipped gym, plush movie theatre, recreation room, and backlit onyx bar are ready to keep guests entertained after supper.

The primary suite is a sanctuary, with a decadent king-size bed, a generous walk-in closet, a spa-style ensuite with a freestanding soak tub and walk-in steam shower, and a private bridge across to the lovely upper terrace. There are five additional ensuite bedrooms, each with the same light, airy aesthetic and exacting attention to detail. Two of these are furnished with a king-size bed, and three have a snug queen-size bed.

    • Please be mindful of the city’s enforced quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
    • Please note that all reservations for groups larger than 10 individuals must be cleared prior to checking in.
    • The house is equipped with external security cameras, these are in place for security reasons.
    • Please note that pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist about the extra fee before booking.
    • For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance.
    • For any monthly stays 28-31+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.
