A ‘koubba’ is an Arabic domed structure which is often the destination of a pilgrimage and there certainly is something venerable in the timeless style and beauty of this exquisite and unique home. Resting mere steps away from the shore, La Koubba brings Moroccan splendour to a Caribbean paradise.

Situated directly on Sapodilla Bay cove and surrounded by lush tropical greenery, La Koubba is wonderfully secluded and yet is only ten minutes from the bustling town of Providenciales and just 14 minutes from the airport. The proximity of the sea means that every single room has a stunning view and gates keep you private from the rest of the world.

All 8,000 sq ft of the home has been designed around soaring arches, sweeping terracotta floors and charming alcoves, each containing their own beautiful treasures. A gorgeous private drive leads up to the gleaming ivory walls and soft coral accents of the magnificent villa itself. Inside lies a glorious main room with a grand lofty ceiling, beautifully complemented by the warm glow of the tiled floor and invitingly comfy sofas. Exquisite pieces of Moroccan art and furniture pepper the space, so that every glance brings a new delight.

A separate formal dining room boasts a regal dining table and the delightful, well-equipped kitchen makes a joyful place to share the experience of preparing a meal. The main villa hosts six of the bedrooms, whilst a further guest cottage houses the seventh. The master suite enjoys a sumptuous bath and each room offers its own private terrace, air-conditioning and picturesque views across gardens and ocean. The cottage contains a king ensuite with a living area, kitchenette and private patio.

All the delights of La Koubba come together in the breathtaking oceanfront terrace which contains an al fresco dining area, outdoor kitchen and BBQ. A capacious, gleaming pool deck surrounds the sparkling pool, the shape of which echoes the elegant curves of the home. Steps lead you through an archway and onto the paradisiacal sands of the beach. A truly magical place: once you make the pilgrimage to La Koubba, you will be instantly ready to return.
