A bright and modern canalside villa, complete with its own boat dock, Moringa Villa invites groups of up to ten to enjoy the laid-back Turks and Caicos lifestyle. Palm-lined grounds give a sense of seclusion, despite being tantalisingly close to the island’s eastern settlements.

Leeward Settlement charms with its network of sparkling canals, which you can explore using the villa’s paddleboards and kayaks, launched from the villa’s dock. From here, you can also hop onto a chartered fishing boat, sailing out to deeper waters in search of mahi-mahi, tuna and wahoo. Nearby Leeward Beach is a dream, with soft white sand and clear waters for swimming. It leads to the award-winning Grace Bay beach area - home to glamorous boutiques and enchanting waterfront restaurants.

Entertaining back at the villa is a cinch thanks to the open-concept living area, which flows onto a sun-kissed canal-view terrace. Soft, earthy tones keep the living space feeling warm and inviting, with two lavish seating areas where guests can watch television or reconnect over a pitcher of Rum Punch. The fully equipped kitchen is light and airy, boasting sophisticated glass and marble accents. Here you can try your hand at local delicacies like conch fritters and grilled lobster, served at the elegant blond-wood table or al fresco on the covered poolside dining terrace.

The villa’s five bedrooms feel calm and restful, featuring subtle oceanic hues. Three bedrooms feature a king-size bed and ensuites with walk-in waterfall showers and tubs. The final two bedrooms are ideal for families with children. They share a jack-and-jill-style bathroom, and one has a king-size bed, while the other has two sets of bunk beds.
