Outpost Circle welcomes up to eight guests, providing them with plenty of social areas combined with quiet spots where you can find peace underneath the Californian sunshine. This 1920s Spanish Revival home is packed full of character with plenty of original details to balance the sublime contemporary interior design.
From the bright lights of Sunset Strip and Hollywood Boulevard to the hiking trails of the Santa Monica mountains and that iconic Hollywood sign high up in the hills, this part of LA is, quite simply, unique. The renowned Hollywood Farmer’s Market is held on Sundays, where you can stock up on delicious fresh produce. Or take a ten-minute drive to the Grove shopping centre for an afternoon of retail therapy, followed by a hike through the beautiful Runyon Canyon.
From the hand-sanded, wood-panel library to the curved black de Sede vintage sofa in the first sitting room, Outpost Circle is all about the little details. The two sitting rooms are individually designed to provide beguiling social areas where guests can mingle. The dining room, resplendent with a chandelier and bespoke furniture, is intimate and cosy, while the kitchen is a chef’s dream, filled with top-end appliances and plenty of glossy marble surfaces. The four bedrooms provide serene, mindful spaces where you can totally relax. The primary suite has a king-size bed, while two more bedrooms offer cosy queen-size beds. The fourth bedroom has two double beds and the nursery is utterly charming - perfect for any younger guests.
Outside, a sparkling pool and mosaic hot tub dominates the sun terrace. Wander a little further and you will find a sweet little pod tucked away amongst the trees where you can find a little peace and solitude. Throughout the gardens, you’ll discover classical Italian design offset with a dazzling sculpture that dances with colours as the sunlight hits the surface of the glass. Al fresco dining under the stars on the villa’s gorgeous terrace is the perfect way to end a day, followed by some downtime in the outdoor lounge area or bubbling hot tub. - This home is spread over multiple floors with no internal elevator.
- There is parking available for two cars in the gated driveway of the home. There is restricted permit street parking around the home, however you can park an additional car in front of the home's garage and the driveway gate.
- There is an external security camera that faces the outside area of the home.
- There are two double-sized beds in the fourth bedroom. Each bed can sleep two people, but is more comfortable for one.
