Besides a cinema, fitness room and a grand piano, this West Hampstead home has five sitting rooms – and you’ll find two on the left of the entrance, both bright with stunning artwork. There’s another on the right, and beyond is the open-plan kitchen, which leads out to the large garden. Downstairs are the cinema and fitness rooms, as well as a bathroom and the fourth bedroom with a king-size bed.
The master bedroom, on the first floor, is contemporary, and there’s a roll-top bath in the nearby bathroom. Straight ahead is the bathroom, and on the left you’ll come to the fifth bedroom (with two singles), which leads into the light office and the darkly tiled ensuite. Up again, the second bedroom (with a king-size bed) and the understated third bedroom each have their own stand-alone living quarters – including an ensuite, sitting room and kitchen.

Home Truths
- This home has air conditioning in the master, second and third bedrooms only. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom that require them. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- There is a sofabed in the office which can be set up for two guests. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.
- The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
- This home has a fourth sitting room which is not pictured. We'll be taking photographs soon.
- This home accepts babies, toddlers, children and pets.
- While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our sales advisors for information.
- One loveable dog lives in this home. They won't be around during your stay but this home may not be suitable for those with allergies.
- The fourth bedroom and second bathroom is on the lower ground floor.
- Your homeowner's housekeeper will visit on Thursdays between 10am and 3pm to clean the home.
- This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.
- The TV in the third bedroom can only be used as a monitor. There are no TV functions available for use.
- This home no longer has a basketball net and court in its garden.
- There is parking on request at this home, which if available can be pre-arranged. Please speak to our sales advisors if you wish to enquire about the space.
