Set within the peaceful Leeward Settlement of Providenciales, Sand & Sea is a contemporary seven-bedroom villa sleeping up to 14 guests. A stylish base to unwind or explore the many sandy beaches and coral reefs of the island, it is the perfect choice for family gatherings and group getaways.

Just a few feet from the front gate is a private boat dock and beach. Bordered by swaying palms, this secluded section of white sand is already set up with a volleyball net for fun in the sunshine.

Spanning 7,500 square feet, this expansive estate seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. The interior is set across three separate pavilions. The main pavilion boasts a huge open-concept Great Room, housing the chef’s kitchen, dining room, and living space.

The second pavilion houses five bedroom suites across two levels, each with ensuite bathrooms. The third is a self-contained guest villa, complete with two bedrooms, a personal kitchen, living room, and terrace - ideal for those in the group who like their independence.

Outside, the villa’s comfy seating areas are set around a large swimming pool. With a choice of shaded and sun-soaked spaces to relax, as well as an al fresco dining space, you’ll easily find yourselves spending hours outside in the balmy temperatures. A cosy fire pit lets the group gather and enjoy quality time together, even when the sun has set behind the shimmering coast that lies before you.
