The largest of the three villas on the exclusive Sangsuri estate, it is a private haven with breathtaking views over the glittering sea and the uninhabited island of Koh Matlang.

Featuring a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity, the villa’s chic contemporary design is mixed with elements of rustic charm, such as shuttered windows and thatched roofs. The open-plan living area is spacious and airy, creating an easygoing ambience.

Start your morning with plenty of energy, having enjoyed a spot of yoga in the studio, before spending your days however you please. Swim lengths of the gorgeous pool, rinse off in a decadent outdoor shower, or take the steps leading straight down to the warm sands of the private beach. Take the short drive to Choeng Mon or to the larger popular town of Chaweng for an unforgettable day trip – then, come evening, gather your guests for a film, the outdoor cinema providing the perfect place for a romantic night under the stars.

With ten lovely bedrooms, Sangsuri Villa 1 sleeps up to 28 guests and is ideal for multi-generational family getaways or large groups of friends staying together. Eight of the bedrooms are decadent king-size affairs, housed in gorgeously-designed bedroom pavilions, each complete with private sky gardens and sun-kissed terraces. Meanwhile, a suite with three bunk beds and two pull-out beds is especially suitable for your young ones and a further room with six single beds (or two singles and one double bed) can either accommodate six children or two adults and four children as a family room).
