One of just 14 private villas situated in the heights of Flamands, Villa Art is perfectly situated for stunning panoramic views of the island. These views are best enjoyed from the wide sun-kissed wooden deck and gorgeous heated pool overhanging the Roc Flamands hillside estate.

Clean modern lines and sleek, minimalist furniture characterise this gorgeous villa. Take a gentle three-minute stroll to the famous Flamands Beach, where you can dip your toes into the warm crystalline waves or admire the views towards Île Chevreau. In the evening, grill up an indulgent feast on the outdoor barbecue, and dine on the beautiful balcony overlooking the pool below and expansive horizon beyond.

Comfortably accommodating up to six guests, each king-or-queen-size bed can easily be converted into twin beds should you desire. The dedicated gardener, pool attendant and housekeeping staff will take care of every little detail, and, with optional amenities such as a chef, childcare services, and massages, your island experience is yours to create.
