This really is one of the Caribbean’s best-kept secrets – right up until now, that is. Villa Beach Secrets is on the Caribbean island of Saint Martin. Located in the residential area of Beacon Hill, it’s a delightful four-bedroom villa that welcomes up to eight guests. It’s just a five-minute drive to the magnificent Simpson Bay Beach. It’s also five minutes from the island’s airport, so you won’t waste any of your precious vacation time on transfers. Stunning ocean views and a sense of tranquillity make this a perfect location for unwinding.

The contemporary style of this villa is balanced by the natural beauty that surrounds it. An adorable little white picket gate leads you down onto a small private beach, the ideal location for an early morning dip or a calming yoga session. The town is just a short drive away, giving you access to family-run restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. A little further away are the delights of Seaside Nature Park and Topper’s Rhum Distillery.

A sense of calm pervades the villa. This modern building is open plan, with plenty of natural light flooding through its large patio doors. The colour scheme picks up on the iridescent blue of the ocean, with bespoke artwork decorating the living spaces. The living room and dining area feature on-trend furnishings. The kitchen continues the blue theme and has everything you need to create delicious meals. The master bedroom bucks the blue trend with a bold red and orange interior that’s warm and welcoming. The ensuite bathroom picks up on the bright theme, too. The bedroom features a king-size bed and access to the terrace. Each of the three remaining bedrooms has its own unique colour palette. Two have king-size beds, while the final bedroom has two queen-size beds. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

Outside, a spacious garden houses a pool and al fresco dining area. Villa Beach Secrets is a comfortable and serene villa that offers guests the chance to relax and escape the crowds. Its location in the St Martin territory gives it that authenticity that can sometimes be lost in more commercial areas.
