Nearby the bustling towns of Gustavia and St Jean, the location gives you that glorious sense of seclusion, but with easy access to the island’s best shopping, dining and activities.

This region of St Barts is a little more laid-back than the busier southern part of the island. The wild beauty of its coastline is dramatic and a favourite with more experienced surfers. The mountainous backdrop and lush greenery of the island surround Villa Nagabaaja, making it feel as if the entire landscape is part of your own exclusive garden. Just five minutes drive away, you'll find the authentic local restaurants of Gustavia and St Jean serving spicy and delicious Creole dishes for those evenings when you simply don’t feel like cooking.

The villa is split over two levels. Downstairs is an open-plan living area with genuinely breathtaking views of the village and the bay below. A sun terrace and private pool are complemented by an open-air dining area and gas BBQ for those al fresco meals. An outside lounge area is just the spot for sipping a rum cocktail and watching the sunset in the evening. The kitchen is fitted with the latest accessories, ideal for cooking up a storm. Upstairs, the four bedrooms are serene and quiet, with subtle décor that creates a calming atmosphere. All the bedrooms feature European king-size beds and come with ensuite bathrooms. Two have ocean views, while the remaining two come with garden views.
