“ Location, location, location! A 4 minute walk to the tube station and museums, grocery stores, pubs, and restaurants all within walking distance. The flat was elegantly appointed, very clean, and most comfortable. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in London. We will most definitely stay here again. The check in process was seamless and the staff was available should we need anything. Cleaning serveces were included in our two week stay and they were also excellent.

“ We had a lovely stay in our apartment. It was very spacious and nicely finished. The location is amazing - while it is on a main road, it was very quiet. Also we had a view of both the Eiffel Tour and the Arc de Triomphe from the window. The beds were a bit annoying - two singles pushed together that keep coming apart.

“ onefinestay elevated itself above all the other rental companies my family has ever experienced. What set them apart was the guest support and concierge services, both of which we used on our trip. Prior to the trip the team engaged with me and my wife to recommend activities and helped us with bookings which was incredibly convenient. The added touch of walking us through our flat upon arrival really aided in improving our overall experience. We had a situation the first night in which we couldn't get into our building and the on-call guest support went above and beyond to get in touch with the property owner and concierge to assure we were able to get back into the building. There was also a concern about one of the appliances in the building and onefinestay worked to find solutions from a repair person on the weekend to offering to help with finding other local alternatives. It was clear that the accommodation was vetted and onefinestay was focused on making sure the stay was personalized and like home.
