Check-in: from 4:00 PM. We'll meet you at the home on arrival at your convenience.

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

House Rules

Home Truths

• This home does not accept babies, toddlers or children.

• This home's master bedroom has a large double bed which is 145cm wide.

• This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• Some noise from the nearby train station can be heard inside the home, particularly during the day.

• This home is spread over four floors with no internal elevator.

• The bed in the second bedroom has changed since the onefinestay photoshoot.

• There is currently scaffolding on a property opposite and a few doors down from the home. This is expected to be completed by May 2026. While this is ongoing some noise may be heard inside the front of the home and some activity noticed on the street.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
