Our tailored approach to long term and month to month rentals allows you to book the exact number of nights or weeks you need and nothing more. For our Exclusive collection, we’ve also added early-break clause options with no fees for 60-night rentals and longer, with a 30-day notice period.

When you stay with us, short or long term, Everything is covered at one straightforward price. Our monthly rentals include weekly professional housekeeping, bills, local taxes, wifi, 24/7 local support, complimentary bath amenities, and a welcome pack to make you feel entirely at home.

The longer you stay, the more you save:

Save 10% on whole stay starting from 30 nights up to 59 nights

Save 20% on whole stay starting from 60 nights up to 89 nights

Save 25% on whole stay starting from 90+ nights

For stays shorter than 60 days, we ask that you pay in full in advance. For stays longer than 60 days, you can pay monthly, making it easier and more manageable to cover the cost of your monthly rentals.

Your discounted rate is applicable once your initial booking is confirmed. If you decide to stay a little longer with us beyond your original booking dates, you may be eligible for higher discounts. Your Travel Advisor can help answer any queries at the time of booking, and take you through your options so you get the best deal on your long term booking.
