Stretching from the Pacific Coast Highway in Pacific Palisades east to Figueroa Street in Downtown LA, Sunset Blvd is one of the most iconic streets in the world. Its towering palm trees and wide road have been featured in countless movies, making it instantly recognisable. But this is more than a movie set; it's also home to a plethora of high-end shopping and lifestyle experiences, as well as Michelin-starred dining. This is a place to indulge all your senses and treat yourself to something from one of the many flagship stores.

Space is the key design element in this contemporary villa, with a clever use of neutral tones, blonde timber floors and bespoke furnishings. The living areas are comfortable and encourage guests to socialise. The open-plan concept flows naturally onto the dining area and customised kitchen that would delight even the most fastidious chefs. A home theatre is ideal for movie night, and you can pick a bottle of champagne from the climate-controlled wine room. The bedrooms are sublime – tranquil, peaceful spaces meticulously designed to create a restful, soothing ambience. The super-king-size primary suite features a walk-in closet, dressing area, and a spa-quality ensuite with twin rainfall showers.     Home Truths

    • Pool heating is only available upon request and for an additional fee of $400 to start and $200 per day, which includes a commencement fee to elevate the pool’s temperature to the desired warmth and a daily maintenance charge to retain the temperature. Please inquire with a Travel Advisor about the extra fee before booking.
    • For pool heating, it takes a minimum of 12-18 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F, while the hot tub/spa takes approximately an hour. Therefore, pool heating must be requested in advance and may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature.
    • Pool pumps operate on a scheduled timer to prevent the system from overworking. As a result, the system will not run overnight.
    • The house is equipped with external security cameras. These are in place for security reasons and covering them is not permitted
    • Please be aware that due to manufacturer or user error, we cannot guarantee that the elevator will be in service. Please advise prior to booking if elevator usage is mandatory for your stay.
    • Please note that there is occasionally construction work taking place in the general neighbourhood and surrounding canyon, so there may be some noise heard at the home during the day. Please inquire with our Travel Advisor team for the latest updates.
    • For any monthly stays 30+ nights, there will be an average monthly utilities cost added to the total booking.
