“ Staying at the apartment was a wonderful experience! Not only was the apartment extraordinarily well equipped for our family, but the access to local sites and the London transportation system was very easy. The onefinestay staff were incredibly accommodating for both urgent and non-urgent needs and were super polite. The only recommendation I would have for the apartment is to put a grab bar and some grippy material in the bathtub so people don't slip. Lastly the air conditioning came in extraordinarily useful as this week happened to be one of the hottest weeks in London. Thank you again for a truly wonderful experience staying in London .

“ Sophie and Marta were very helpful in putting together an itinerary for me and my daughter that matched our timing and touristing objectives. They gave us detailed instructions on metro planning, avoiding Olympics disruptions. They also recommended wonderful restaurants that catered to my daughter's food allergies. “ The flat has wonderful natural light from the high traditional windows. The Juliet balcony off the living room has a small table and 2 chairs and is a lovely spot to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink. The location is superb with excellent bus and tube links. The open plan kitchen/dining/living room means you are never isolated when preparing snacks or meals. The dining chairs are wonderfully traditional but are becoming fragile now that it might be wise to replace them soon. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning at Christmas for our third stay in this property.

“ The property we stayed in was really nice, and it was almost exactly as portrayed in the website photos. We've found this to be a problem with other competitors of onefinestay. The support from onefinestay was excellent. My only complaint was that the apartment seemed dusty, so the cleaning service wasn't doing their best job. This was my second time using onefinestay and I would definitely use them again.

From the excellent communication at the time of booking, to the lovely greeter at the apartment (we had Nick both times!), the follow up after check in and the home that looks exactly as it does in the photos - everything is top notch.
