“ Our apartment was wonderful and very much as described, well located and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely to have Ramona there to greet us and the complimentary snacks were very much appreciated. The flat was overall very clean, although some dusting was required in some places - my son and I are sensitive to dust and this was a bit of an issue during our stay. Needed more blankets during our stay as it was cold, but Hamish kindly arranged for these to be delivered. For the future, it would be good to have additional bedding at the property. Overall a fabulous stay and would recommend the onefinestay team.

“ My good friend and my mother-in-law joined me for a week in London. The Kensington Garden location for this flat was absolutely perfect! It made for great people watching and an easy walk to the Tube. Having all the bedrooms on the same level made for easy luggage movement, and having all bathrooms ensuite was priceless. I would happily recommend this Kensington location, and onefinestay in general, for any trip to London.

“ The follow through once I made the reservation was amazing. Every email was answered very quickly. The flat was large. Where else would I get a 4 bedroom, 5 bath flat in London? We were seven in our group with plenty of space. For a tourist visit it was a little far from the center of town but close enough to the West Kensington tub stop. For our work at the Olympia Exhibition Hall it was a fantastic location. The neighborhood was great with very good restaurants. We had a great Indian dinner, another at the pub down the street, Thai food at a pub two blocks away and a pick of several Lebanese restaurants.

“ It was an absolute dream. We had 6 couples stay and there was plenty of space. Beautiful views, secluded, only a 5 minute Uber into town. 2 of the bedrooms are way up top in what likely was meant for servants quarters so if you have more than 4 couples someone will have a lot of steps to walk up! But still the same view and amenities. The staff was wonderful, kept margs and beers coming for us at the pool. The best place I've ever been, well worth it! Thank you for everything.
