“ I can't say enough about how lovely our home was. The check-in meeting was smooth and easy. Our agent was easy to contact when we had small questions later. The concierge team responded quickly and with helpful suggestions and easy to access resources. The main thing though was the home. It was so gorgeous, all the decor, all the fittings and features. It had every single thoughtful detail. The location added so much to our stay. While it cost the same or more than a high end hotel, the home gave us so much more room to relax and restore at the end of each day. Thank you so much for developing this model.

When the lift broke down (flat was located on a high floor), they understood our predicament and moved us to another flat, on the ground floor. “ The accommodation was excellent and exactly as described. Great proximity to the underground, supermarkets, museums and the Albert Hall. We stayed for 2 weeks and were pleasantly surprised that the apartment was serviced twice during that time. Communication with the managers was excellent - they responded quickly to the one request we made. The only (slight) negatives were the absence of a microwave and the lateness of the greeter at the initial appointment. Had he let us know, we wouldn't have pressed the bell so many times! Overall, highly recommended.

“ The place was lovely and well-setup for guests. Sophie, who met us for check in was there when we arrived slightly early and had already run the AC to make sure it was comfortable on a very hot summer's day. Later, when we managed to accidentally switch off power to the wifi, onefinestay responded incredibly swiftly to what we supposed was an actual wifi outage. The representative who arrived to troubleshoot even managed to not make me feel silly for having caused the "outage" myself.
