To see her eyes light up when we entered the apartment and saw the Eiffel Tower peering at us through the main window was magical. “ We were once again very pleased with onefinestay: we had a last-minute rescheduling as a result of the flat we had booked experiencing a gas leak, and the team very quickly provided a nice substitute in the same area of London. Excellent communication; great personal touch (met us on arrival quite early in the day after our overseas flight) and lots of helpful tips about events/attractions in London during our visit. “ I believe that customer responsiveness is only demonstrated when things go wrong. One day before our arrival one of the bathrooms at the house we had booked flooded and could not be repaired in time. Such things happen when you rent a flat. Within a few hours onefinestay offered us two alternative houses (one was even bigger than the one we booked), both in very nice neighborhoods and we switched to a new flat that was actually great, very clean, conveniently located and spacious!! I would be happy to recommend onefinestay. As I have said you want to make sure that someone is there to have your back when things go wrong.
