A sweet escape from the bustle of daily life, Sugar Apple is a four-bedroom villa set on the waterfront of the Ailla Canal in Leeward. Spend your days watching the yachts sail by, sunning yourself in the private pool, or exploring the nearby nature reserves - you can do as much or as little as you like on the idyllic island of Providenciales.

This spacious retreat accommodates eight guests, with plenty of room to spare. Whether you are visiting with family or as a group of friends, you’ll find an abundance of indoor and outdoor living spaces to enjoy your time together - or quietly get stuck into a good book by the pool.

The interior feels fresh and modern; its crisp white walls and travertine flooring complemented by the tasteful marine-themed decor and colourful soft furnishings. Large sliding doors open the living room out onto the terrace while letting the natural sunlight pour in.

Close by, the kitchen is equipped with all you need to create your home favourites or island-inspired creations. Serve up in the elegant dining room or dine al fresco outside - the latter is a particularly good option when the evening sun descends upon the coast.

The four bedrooms are split across both levels of the villa, with a queen-sized bedroom on the main level. The remaining three bedrooms are located upstairs, including a queen-sized bedroom, a double bedroom, and the gorgeous master suite with a king-sized bed and ocean views. All four bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms for added privacy.
