Service from onefinestay was top notch - from the arrival to drop off of a drying rack for clothes (must've been 20 minutes from the time of our request to the team delivering a new drying rack). “ From checking in, to the stay itself, to check out, everything was perfect and seamless. The actual flat itself was spotlessly clean, the man who greeted us and checked us in was well informed on all the property information. The team not only arranged our transfer from the airport but re arranged it for us at late notice. We truly felt they went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Couldn't recommend them enough. Will certainly be using them anytime we are back in London.

“ Support from onefinestay was excellent as usual (this is our 5th or 6th time renting through them). Very good communication with the staff, they always reply to messages super quickly, send messages checking that everything is OK, solve small problems immediately. Properties (we have stayed in two different properties) are exactly as described on the website, very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. We will be renting from them again in the future I'm sure and I would highly recommend them.

“ Our accommodation in Hanway Street, SoHo was fantastic. Plenty of room for a family of four adults. Multiple living areas meant the young adult children had room to themselves. Being centrally located in SoHo meant we could walk to many areas and attractions but being so close to Tottenham Court Tube station made it easy to use public transport. In all of our time in London we didn't need to use taxis or Ubers as the public transport system was metres from our doorstep. It's worth noting the property was spread over 6 levels including the basement and roof top which was no problem for us but maybe a consideration for others. The property was modern and contemporary. There was little noise given it very close proximity to Oxford Street and a few bars but this didn't disturb us at all. Finally, the team from onefinestay were responsive and easy to communicate with despite us planning our stay from Australia. They were helpful and accomodating in helping to find luggage storage at both ends of our trip.

“ It was wonderful! We loved having someone meet us at the apartment, and the communication was wonderful with onefinestay. We were there over a week so had cleaning service which was so nice to have clean towels and sheets and not have to worry about that. The perks of an apartment and convenience of a hotel.
