100 out of 10! Absolutely immaculate property and deliciously comfortable beds. Service from onefinestay was top notch - from the arrival to drop off of a drying rack for clothes (must've been 20 minutes from the time of our request to the team delivering a new drying rack). Could not suggest one single improvement.

From checking in, to the stay itself, to check out, everything was perfect and seamless. The actual flat itself was spotlessly clean, the man who greeted us and checked us in was well informed on all the property information. The team not only arranged our transfer from the airport but re arranged it for us at late notice. We truly felt they went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Couldn't recommend them enough. Will certainly be using them anytime we are back in London.
