Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.

• This home accepts babies, and may accept toddlers and children on request.

• This home does not accept pets.

• The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

• This home is located on the ground floor, however there are a few steps up to the building from the street level.

• Although this home is spread across one level, there are two steps in the hallway.

• The gap in the entrance of this home's shower is narrower than most other homes.

• Part of this home's hallway is narrower than most homes.

• The bathroom in this home may have a slight odour of damp.

• There is currently scaffolding on the building next to this one while it undergoes an external redecoration. The work is mainly painting but some noise may be noticed inside the home during working hours. The work is due for completion in February 2026 but may overrun.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
