We were in London for a family staycation. The only non locals were me and my husband. So we needed the open space living set up to spend time with the familly. The house was perfect for this, had the perfect set up and location. It had everything we needed to cook, play and relax. The onefinestay team was very nice even though we did not use all the services much. The house was clean and in order, just some minor details, but enough storage space availabloe, closet room, etc. The description on the web was accurrate and we did appreciate the extra fans.

Fabulous in every way. The home we stayed in was gorgeous, well-appointed, and met all the standards that were listed in the listing. Lucjano from onefinestay took care of our every need. He was so attentive, assisted with groceries, football tickets, and anything else we requested. If anything arose, the team immediately took care of it. Wonderful service! Wonderful home! We will use onefinestay again!

The cutest neighborhood (Notting Hill) and the cutest flat. Stylish and thoughtful. Customer service was A+. My husband lost something and had a meltdown and they were THE BEST. Thank goodness. Thanks again!

The staff was fabulous from the first contact through the last. The home we chose was lovely and had everything we needed for a family of six. It was so conveniently close to the Notting Hill station, groceries and restaurants, and the neighborhood was very safe. The street was precious and often peppered with Instagram photo takers.
