• This home has a portable AC unit in both bedrooms and the sitting room, available to use until 31st August 2026. Please contact one of our destination specialists for more information.

• This home accepts babies, toddlers, and children.

• While pets are welcome in this home, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destination specialists for information.

• This entrance to this home is on the second floor with no elevator access.

• The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

• There is a camera in the hallway of this home, however it has been disconnected from power.

• The bed in the second bedroom can become two single beds. Please let us know if you would like this made up for your booking.

• The bed in the primary bedroom is an emperor-size bed, measuring 200cm x 200cm.

• The apartment two floors above this home is currently undergoing a renovation. As a result, there are dust sheets in the communal hallway of the building and noise may, very occasionally, be heard during the working hours of 8:30AM - 5:30PM.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
