In a time where automated responses or pre-scripted responses which don't actually engage the question posed this was truly refreshing. On arrival we were met by Nick who was friendly. “ Villa Adasa in Seminyak Bali was simply beautiful. An oasis in a busy bustling area. 300 meters from the beach and the wonderful restaurant La Luchiola. The Villa is wrapped around a fabulous pool where the lounge chairs are plentiful and generous! The comfortable sofas and ambiance makes for a very relaxed holiday! Our gorgeous butlers could not do enough for us and provided a beautiful breakfast every morning. The bedrooms were large and had lovely crisp sheets changed every day and great outdoor showers. If you want to stay in the busy hub of Seminyak this is the place to call home!

“ Our trip to London was made all the more enjoyable by the service provided by onefinestay. They are efficient, professional and personable. The flat was exactly as advertised and our greeter Steve was knowledgable, friendly and helpful. When we had an issue with a tripped fuse the management got right back to us with a solution. The flat was located in a quiet leafy street. It had good security and amenities. This was our second trip using onefinestay and we will be using them again on future trips. Now that the world has opened up again there will be many more trips! Our thanks to the whole team from booking through services. We felt well looked after.
