We book with onefinestay because we know we will be taken care of and be staying at a great property. Our apartment was perfect. On our last night we locked ourselves out of our apartment. We called onefinestay and they arranged for another key in minutes. Thanks folks. Cheers!

Fairly easy to book; flexibility with check-in is helpful; good mix of properties; responsive in addressing issues (eg the coffee plunger was leaking when we first went to use it and it was quickly replaced).

Our family of 3 thoroughly enjoyed the lovely Red Lion Square flat. It was well-appointed, very clean, and was much more enjoyable than squeezing into a hotel room at the same price point. My 12yo was thrilled to have his own room, rather than sharing a hotel room with parents. We are frequent visitors to London and would absolutely stay there again. I now want heated bathroom floors in my own home! The location was incredibly convenient for navigating the city: a 2 minute walk to bus stops and a quick 5 minute walk to the tube station. Covent Garden is an easy 10 minute walk away and restaurants abound in every direction. onefinestay made the check-in process painless, and while we had no issues at all while staying in the flat, it was nice to know that their staff was available to help if needed. We hope to return soon!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Simon and the team were incredibly helpful in making arrangements for us - everything from the welcome goodies to stocking the refrigerator to dinner reservations to tours and airport transfers. We didn't need to worry about any detail. Also most importantly the flat was well located, quiet and impeccable. No detail was ignored! It was the perfect stay and start to our vacation.
