“ The total experience was fantastic, the villa was even better than expected. It gave us once in a lifetime views of Tuscany and the incredible town of Lucca. The staff were exceptional and very professional. But above all Beatrice, our concierge, who for many months helped plan and arrange an amazing 10 days - many activities, reservations and daily excursions to Cinque Terra, Antinori Winery, Florence and Rome. “ I truly enjoyed the experience with onefinestay! The process was easy and seamless. The original house we chose was not available so we were recommended for another which turned out to be more central to our family and also our budget, so we were most grateful for that. The home itself served us very well and although homes in London are not air conditioned, fans were made available which made the stay most comfortable.
