Home Truths

• This home has AC in the primary, secondary and third bedrooms only. Between June and September we will place fans in the rooms that need them. Please let us know if you require fans outside of this period.

• This home accepts babies and children, but does not accept toddlers or pets.

• This home is spread over five floors with no internal elevator.

• There are several steps up to the front door of this home from the street, with no elevator access.

• The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

• The homeowner's housekeeper and gardener may visit during your stay.

• There is an external CCTV camera at the front of this home, however there are none inside.

• Since the onefinestay photoshoot, some furniture has been replaced, and a fourth bedroom has been created on the basement level that features a double bed, sleeping two.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
