Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• This home has AC in all bedrooms. Between June and September we will place fans in the rooms that need them. Please let us know if you require fans outside of this period.

• This home accepts babies and children, but does not accept toddlers or pets.

• This home is spread over five floors with no internal elevator.

• There are several steps up to the front door of this home from the street, with no elevator access.

• The fireplaces in this home are ornamental.

• This home features adult-themed artwork.

• There is a treadmill in the home's fitness room that is available for experienced users.

• The homeowner's housekeeper and gardener may visit during your stay.

• There is an external CCTV camera at the front of this home, however there are none inside.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
