Home Truths

• This home has air conditioning in the kitchen and master bedroom only. Between June and September we will place fans in the rooms that need them. Please let us know if you require fans outside of this period.

• This home accepts babies, toddlers and children and may accept pets on request. Should your pet be accepted, an extra cleaning fee will be added to your booking. Please speak to our destination specialists for information.

• This home is spread across two floors with no internal elevator.

• This entrance to this home is on the ground floor, however there are a couple of steps up from the street-level.

• The bedrooms in this home are on the lower-ground floor.

• The fireplace in this home is ornamental.

• The dining table only seats 4 people, however there are bar stools that can be sat on.

• Some noise can be heard from the communal front door opening and closing in this building.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a £1000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
