Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

Home Truths

• There is an additional resort fee to access amenities at the Sports Club and Four Seasons Hualalai Resort. This grants access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants, ocean activity center, tennis club, and kids club. Please inquire with a Travel Advisor for details upon booking.

• Please note there is a 10 night minimum if your stay falls within the festive period December 19 2025 - January 3rd 2026.

• Please note there is a $125 damage waiver fee in lieu of a $2500 refundable security deposit.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
