• There is two ongoing construction projects nearby - one on the right side and one of the left side of the villa.

• A gratuity payment is expected upon check-out at this villa. The gratuity is calculated based on the total rental amount before taxes and fees. A 10% gratuity is recommended, please inquire for further details.

• Smoking (including the use of hookahs) is not permitted on this property.

• There is a neighborhood noise curfew from 10:00pm to 8:00am.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $2000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
