• The villa has two configurations available for guest rentals: (A) Full 5 bedroom house with sofa beds: sleeping between 10 and 15 guests with a maximum of 10 adults OR (B) Full 5 bedroom house without sofa beds: sleeping a maximum of 10 persons at a lower rate.

• An in-person meet and greet for this villa may be available upon request, though it's not always guaranteed. Please contact your advisor for more information

• Please note that shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, Grand Cayman beaches may seasonally experience seaweed.

• All guests must be 10 or older unless approved by the owner. Infants under 2 welcomed

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $2500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
