Home Truths

• A local professional property manager resides on-site in the small cottage near the gated entrance. Manager's cottage is heavily landscaped and separated from the villa. Close enough to reach out in case of emergency, but far enough away so as to respect your privacy.

• Pool shoes are required in the marine park to protect both your feet and the corals.

• An in-person meet and greet for this villa may be available upon request, though it's not always guaranteed. Please contact your advisor for more information

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $2500 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
