• An allowance for air-conditioning usage is included. Any usage beyond this will be metered and charged at the market rate. Please inquire for more information.

• Please note that the security deposit required for this villa is 10% of the total price of the rental, with a minimum security deposit of $3,000.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

Upon your arrival we will secure a $3000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
