• Please note, the security deposit for this villa will be equivalent to one night’s rental rate.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

• Identification for each guest must be provided several days prior to arrival. A registration fee is required for all guests staying at Casa de Campo, this charge is not included with the rental rates. After paying the registration fee upon arrival, all guests will receive a Casa de Campo ID card, which will detail the guest's dates of stay. The ID card will grant the individual named on the card access to the resort, as well as the use of various facilities. For complete fees and details please contact us.

• Any staff services requested outside 8:30 am to 5:00 pm will incur an additional fee. Additionally, please be aware that the property staff primarily speaks Spanish.

• The reservation holder must be 26 years or older.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
