• Thanksgiving, Easter Week, Spring Break and other special dates rates may vary.

• Please note, the security deposit for this villa will be equivalent to one night’s rental rate.

• Renovation and improvements will be undertaking in the iconic golf course "Teeth of the Dog", which are scheduled to begin in January 2025 and conclude by the end of November of the same year.

• This initiative will result in the golf course being closed during the mentioned months. During this period, conditioning works will be carried out every day of the week, from early morning to late afternoon. These activities will involve heavy machinery and personnel, being developed simultaneously in various areas, especially near the properties located in the vicinity of the course. The resort will be working to minimize any inconvenience that may arise, as operations allow.

• The affected areas will be: Cacique, Costa Verde, Costamar, Punta Aguila (some not all) and Golf Villas Phase 1.

• Shifting tides and weather patterns can cause the shoreline to vary from website images. Additionally, beaches may seasonally experience seaweed. For further details, please inquire directly.

• Any staff services requested outside 8:30 am to 5:00 pm will incur an additional fee. Additionally, please be aware that the property staff primarily speaks Spanish.

• The reservation holder must be 26 years or older.

ID Check

Upon arrival we will ask you to show your ID or passport.

Deposit

A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
