- Please note that the minimum age of the primary renter should be 25 or over.
- Use of drones is prohibited unless approved by HOA. Please inquire with your concierge.
- Noise after 10 PM can result in a fine, WITHOUT warning. Cabovillas.com will charge a processing fee of $500 unless fine is paid directly to the HOA while you are still in Los Cabos.
