Disciplinary Actions: To ensure a harmonious and respectful community, the Club management, HOA, Director of Golf who form part of the Disciplinary Committee have implemented a disciplinary action process for members and guests who commit infractions.
Here are the steps involved:
Warning Letter: If a member, guests, or property manager commits an infraction deemed worthy of disciplinary action by the Disciplinary Committe, they will receive a warning letter informing them of the incident.
1. First Infraction: In case of a repeated infraction, the entire party (homeowner, guests, and property manager) will be suspended from using any of the Club amenities for 24 hours.
2. Second Infraction: If another infraction is commited, the suspensions will be extended to 72 hours.
3. Any further infraction will be addressed by the Disciplinary Committe.
