Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.

House Rules

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside condos and on terraces/balconies. Violations may result in heavy fines or forfeiture of deposits
  • Only registered guests are allowed on the property
  • Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM

  • Please note, a security deposit equal to one night’s rent will be collected.

  • Please note there is a Club Punta Mita Access Fee which will go into effect as of January 6, 2026. A flat, one-time fee per person will apply to the booking. Please inquire with a Destination Specialist for further details before booking.

Deposit
