Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and a charge.
House Rules
Non-smoking. No vaping. Minimum age of 25. Pets not allowed unless specified. Guests must sign rental agreement with Moving Mountains with additional terms and conditions. No events, parties, weddings or amplified music are permitted. Check-in 4pm – Check-out 10 am unless otherwise approved. All guests staying at One Steamboat Place agree to pay the onsite Service fee. Quiet time is 7pm – 7am. Avoid wearing shoes indoors. Guest must follow parking rules. Chalet Cascada and its neighboring homes are in a community that is considered a "Dark Sky Zone."Please be mindful to have all exterior lights off when not in use and always ensure all lights are turned off overnight both inside and outside the home. Please do do flush anything in the toilet other than paper toilet tissue.

Colorado mountain towns are busy with construction each summer. You may find disruption from time to time. There is also interior renovations happening throughout One Steamboat Place, you can expect some disruption.

Please note that due to the location of this listing a 4WD Vehicle is recommended during the Winter.

Deposit
A security deposit will be held for the duration of your booking and will be released once we have confirmed that no damage was caused during your stay. The deposit amount will be confirmed by a Destination Specialist.
